The New York City Economic Development Corporation is breaking ground on a $75 million program to revitalize the area at the approach to the Queensboro Bridge.
The plan features a lush 1.5 acre park and green mall extending from the juncture of Northern and Queens Boulevards to the Bridge.
Flanking both sides of the mall are the new projects by private developers including Health & Hospital Corporation, Citibank, five luxury hotels and other amenities that are making this area one of the most impressive commercial corridors in New York City.
Soaring over this future park is Clock Tower Plaza. Get in on the ground floor.
This former Chase Manhattan Building, just off the corner of Northern and Queens Boulevards, is less than 10 minutes from Manhattan.
The Queens Plaza subway entrance is at the building entrance.
